Over decades of working with clay, Roz has developed a range of workshops, tailored for clients' needs and specifications. These range from the therapeutic and somatic, to prescriptive method-based and technical.
Head of Ceramics dept at Hammersmith and Ealing college for three years, she has also led classes, workshops, and demonstrations to all ages and abilities; introducing clay to children for the first time, working in schools from Key Stages 1-4, further and adult education, as well as working in the community and gallery spaces.
At Windsor Forest Colleges Group, she revitalised the pottery and adult education offer, restructuring the delivery into three streams and negotiating the move from Strodes to the Windsor site.
